Where and how can I purchase esobi Inc. product?

To obtain a full-version of esobi Inc. product, please go to our eSobi Online Store. Element 5, vendor system who manages eSobi purchase transaction, will direct you in steps to complete the process.

I already made the purchase, where is my product?

After you've completed the purchase transaction, you will immediately receive 2 confirmation letters by Element 5: Download link and license key for "eSobi v2.5" and payment information sent to you email account provided during the purchase. If you did not receive your confirmation letters within your Inbox folder, please check your spam mail folder; otherwise, contact eSobi Customer Service.* Download link will only valid within a certain of time period, therefore, please make a back-up copy for your eSobi program if you didn't purchase the Extended Download.

I don’t live in the U.S., so what other currencies do you accept?

We accept payments in almost every currency. You may choose from the currency from the drop-down menu at our Buy Page.

Why is my order declined?

There are several reasons for your order being declined, and most of the time happens to be wrong billing address or typing error. However, if you have entered the correct information but still received order declined message, please contact your credit card company immediately.

I would like to purchase more than just one copy, what should I do?

We are glad to hear you interested in purchase mass volume of eSobi software. Please go to Online Store – Multi Copy Purchase to view purchase option. If you wish to purchase more then 50 copies, please contact sales.

How can I upgrade Lite version that is pre-installed on my purchased computer?

You can purchase the full version with a special bundle discount.

For eSobi pre-load: Click on the Purchase from [Help], and then follow the purchase process.
For newsXpresso pre-load: Click on the Purchase from [Tools], and then follow the purchase process. * Download link will only valid within a certain of time period. If you would like to re-install your full version, please go to eSobi Cloud – Portfolio.

How to buy and install eSobi Mobile? new

To obtain a full-version of eSobi Mobile, please go to our eSobi Online Store; you will be direct to our vendor, Element 5, for the purchase process.

Once you have completed the purchase…
1. Check your email for two Element 5 Notifications (purchase invoice and license info).
2. Start your eSobi Mobile on your mobile device, and then enter the license key within your Element 5 Notification. * If you did not receive Element 5 Notifications after your purchase, please check your spam folder.
