To obtain a full-version of esobi Inc. product, please go to our eSobi Online Store. Element 5, vendor system who manages eSobi purchase transaction, will direct you in steps to complete the process.
After you've completed the purchase transaction, you will immediately receive 2 confirmation letters by Element 5: Download link and license key for "eSobi v2.5" and payment information sent to you email account provided during the purchase. If you did not receive your confirmation letters within your Inbox folder, please check your spam mail folder; otherwise, contact eSobi Customer Service.* Download link will only valid within a certain of time period, therefore, please make a back-up copy for your eSobi program if you didn't purchase the Extended Download.

1. Check your email for two Element 5 Notifications (purchase invoice and license info).
2. Start your eSobi Mobile on your mobile device, and then enter the license key within your Element 5 Notification. * If you did not receive Element 5 Notifications after your purchase, please check your spam folder.
